Finally got her wet...

I know, the title may sound a little sexy. However, we got her back in the water.

I have to say, as upset as I was with myself for letting the boat get a little run down and upset I was with Ranger, I am happy to be a Ranger Boat owner. The quality of the fiberglass, the build quality and the materials put into this boat are hands down the best I have ever owned. Granted, Fishing Concepts, LLC purchased Ranger boats a few years back, but my Ranger was built several years prior to that.

Anyways put her in on one of our local lakes. Was on the water around 7:30pm and fished for just over an hour and 20 minutes. I had a King Kong Daddy hooked up. She came up and made several jumps, I would guess she would have went 5.5 - 6.0 pounds. She spit the hook right at the boat. I loved every second of the fight.

My two kids hooked up with several fish. Billy had the big fish of the day.
