Family in the Grand Caravan

Gus had a violin concert in Mount Pleasant, MI. The whole family went—my two boys, my wife and I, all crammed into the 2014 Grand Caravan. We stayed in a hotel with a pool. Ziggy and I took a dip. The water was very nice.

We left Friday night after OYO Practice. Ziggy and I went fishing on a local pond Saturday morning. We tried topwater, Senkos, crankbaits, and swimbaits. We had three bites but no fish. Still, we had a blast.

Gus did great in his concert. The family was very proud of him and stayed for the whole thing. Afterward, we all got something to eat and headed back to the hotel.

It was a good trip, simple and fun.
